The frameworks of the Memorandum of Understanding include the main activities: surveying manufacturing companies and listing potential local companies for the project; organizing work trips and preliminary evaluations at the factory; selecting suitable companies and personnel to participate in the project through surveys and interviews; conducting training courses and consulting for the establishment of smart factories.

Of particular note, the consultancy program for the establishment of smart factories is slated to span 12 weeks, comprising both theoretical training and on-site consultations at each participating company. During this duration, Korean experts will meticulously assess these companies, providing hands-on advice and working closely with them to enhance their operations and lay the groundwork for process improvement, ultimately paving the way for the gradual realization of smart factories.
