ITC service chain \u2014 Trung Nam Group has started construction of five factories at the Information Technology and Communication (ITC) Service Zone in Da Nang to host the moves of global supply chains<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Beginning Of A Closed Industrial Park<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

General Director of Trung Nam Group, Nguyen Tam Tien said that the ITC service chain will have an area of \u200b\u200b9.3ha in Da Nang IT Park with an investment capital of 1.5 trillion VND (65.2 million USD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group would also develop an apartment and villa zone for expert and engineers and an eco-park project on 26ha with a total of VN\u0110 2.1 trillion ($91.3 million) for accommodation facilities for investors and their families in the near future, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only that, Ti\u1ebfn mentioned that the group planned to build 23 more ITC factories and R&D zones to meet the increasing demand from global partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In additional, they had debuted their first surface-mount technology (SMT) factory at the \u0110\u00e0 N\u1eb5ng Hi-tech Park the previous year, with a capacity to produce 6.2 million electronic products annually, after three months of research.<\/p>\n\n\n

He said the operation of the SMT factories chain<\/a> will be a key step in building the Da Nang IT Park as central Viet Nam\u2019s \u2018Silicon Valley\u2019. Beside that, they are going to call for investors from Silicon Valley and the US to invest in high-tech industries, artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trung Nam completed the first investment phase on 131ha at Da Nang IT Park with an investment of $47 million. Moreover, they plan to develop the second phase on another 210ha with estimated funds of $74 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT Park Danang welcomes technology and science to invest<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Firstly, Universal Alloy Corporation \u2013 a leading global manufacturer of aircraft components for aerospace companies \u2013 from the US launched its factory for aircraft components worth $170 million, at the city\u2019s Hi-Tech Park last March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondly, Alton Industry from the US also plans to build a robot manufacturing project in the city\u2019s Hi-tech Park. Thirdly, in 2019, two of the first Silicon Valley-based businesses \u2013 Meritronics AMT Inc and Ai20X Silicon Valley \u2013 agreed with Trung Nam Group to develop the Da Nang IT Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, last year, South Korea\u2019s LG Electronics and Trung Nam Land JSC inked an agreement with a vision to transform Da Nang into the centre of technology and R&D in Viet Nam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
