According to Mr. Tien, currently the investor has completed 131ha of phase 1 infrastructure. With favorable investment progress, Da Nang IT Zone will soon be filled up, contributing to the realization of the project. Currently, Trungnam Group is urgently investing in the construction of a specialized ICT factory in subdivision A2 (the division of production and business of IT products and services in Da Nang centralized IT zone) on an area of 9.3 hectares with 5 The factory has an area of 4,000 – 6,000 square meters / floor with a 3-storey showroom and internal technical infrastructure.
The investor will use 2 factories to continue to invest in 16 SMT lines (board production and assembly lines, electronic components), 16 Mechanical Assembly lines, the remaining 3 factories will promote to call for investment into electronics and telecommunications. These are important pivotal projects of Da Nang IT Park to catch the wave of global supply chain shift after the Covid-19 pandemic with a total investment of nearly VND 1,500 billion. It is expected that the projects will be basically completed in 2021.

According to recorded information, Da Nang IT zone in 2021 will continue to invest in the Project of Specialist Zone and Eco-Service Park on a total area of 26ha, including: 4 apartment blocks with height from 10 – 21 floors, 64 villas, 33 hillside villas, sports area, Club House, central park … with total estimated investment of about 2,100 billion VND.
In addition, the investor continues to plan to invest in the remaining 23 factories in the production area of phase 1 to meet the increasing orders from partners, prepare and deploy investment. R&D area 20ha (10ha located in phase 1 and 10ha located in phase 2 of the project); looking for partners for cooperation in the development of Office and Exhibition Area combined with Data Center….
“With just over 3 months of operation and research, the Trungnam EMS factory with the SMT production line previously inaugurated for domestic and foreign investors to feel the new development potential of Da Nang. The good news coming here is that after a period of research and online negotiation, the EMS factory chain will sign a memorandum of understanding for development cooperation with a strategic partner from Silicon Valley in the US. In the next 5 years, the annual revenue of this factory chain will reach 1.2 billion USD / year, ”said Trungnam Group General Director Nguyen Tam Tien.
